SCOPE OF WORK:
1. Remove And Dispose Of The Existing Evaporator Coil, Condensing Unit And Copper Refrigeration Piping.
2. Provide And Install The New Evaporator Coil In The Same Location Adapting To The Existing Furnace.
3. Provide And Install The New Outdoor Condensing Unit In The Same Location On Field Provided Equipment Pad.
4. Adapt The New Condensing Unit To The Existing Electrical Circuit And Service Disconnect Providing A New Electrical Whip.
5. Provide And Install New Copper Refrigeration Piping From The Indoor Evaporator Coil To The Outdoor Condensing Unit.
6. Install New Condensate Drainage Piping From The New Evaporator Coil Terminating Through The Block Wall Of The Home Adjacent To The Outdoor Condensing Unit.
7. Adapt The New Equipment To The Existing Thermostat.
8. Start The New Equipment And Check System Operation.

Upon Further Investigated Found One Half Of Crawl Space Compromised By Failed Sewer System Leaking Continuously Into Crawl Space. Only Able To Replace One Hose Faucet And Section Of Copper Water Line . Replaced Hose Faucet And 15’ Section Of 1/2” Copper With New 1/2” Pex. Tested Operation Of Installation By Cycling Faucet With No Issues Or Leaks At This Time.
