Discussed Options With Client To Remove Wall Or Leave Original Arms And Replace The Rest Of The Faucet With New. Client Opted To Leave Arms And Replace The Rest Of The Faucet. New Chicago Faucet Body Was Installed. New Faucet Arm Extended Past The Wash Basin And Was Not Installed. Explained To Client That A New Faucet Arm Would Need To Be Ordered And Installed At A Later Date.

Technician Invoice Notes: Call For Second Floor Tub Running Out Of Hot Water. Upon Arrival Found Water Heater Satisfied At 120°. Ran Second Floor Tub For Approximately 10 Min And Found Water Heater Temp At Around 107° With Very Little Water In The Tub. After Further Investigation Found Toe Tap Seal Leaking. Cleaned For Toe Gasket And Water Now Is Holding I The Tub. Suggested Replacement Of The Waste And Overflow If Problem Continues In The Future.
