SCOPE OF WORK:
1. Remove And Dispose Of The Existing Furnace And Vertical Return Air Filter Cabinet.
2. Provide And Install The New Furnace In The Same Location Adapting To The Existing Air Conditioning Evaporator Coil.
3. Provide And Install A New 20X25X1 Filter Boot And Custom Return Air Drop Adapting To The Existing Return Duct Work.
4. Adapt The New Furnace To The Existing Gas Piping Providing A New Gas Stop Valve.
5. Provide And Install A New Line Voltage Electrical Circuit From The Electrical Panel Adapting To The New Furnace.
6. Provide And Install New PVC Intake And Exhaust Vent Piping Terminating Through The Side Wall Of The Building.
- This New Vent Piping Shall Run Exposed And Supported From The Ceiling.
7. Install New Condensate Drainage Piping From The New Furnace And Existing Evaporator Coil Terminating To A New Condensate Removal Pump.
- Terminate The Pump Discharge Tubing To The Nearby Laundry Stand Pipe.
8. Provide And Install A New Honeywell Focus Pro 5000 Thermostat In The Same Location As The Existing Thermostat Adapting To The Existing Low Voltage Control Wiring.
9. Start The New Equipment And Check System Operation.

1. Remove the existing Lennox furnace located in the garage and cap the three supply branch runs entering the home at the wall.
- Cap the supply air register serving the garage from the existing main Lennox furnace.
2. Provide and install new plywood sheeting over the existing plywood return air box.
3. Provide and install a new return air filter cabinet base onto the plywood base.
4. Re-install the existing Lennox furnace onto the new filter cabinet base and adapt to the existing supply air duct work.
5. Adapt the equipment to the existing gas piping, electrical circuit, vent piping and condensate pump.
6. Provide and install new supply and return air grilles onto the equipment.
7. Provide and install an additional 10X6 supply register in the basement the storage room adapting to the main furnace supply trunk line.
8. Install the existing thermostat in the garage space providing new control wiring.
9. Test equipment operation.
