Provide And Install New Water Lines And Gas Supply Line As Needed To Connect To The Nearest Existing Piping.
Provide And Install One New Laing LHB08100085 Low Flow Circulating Pump Mounted At The Bottom Of The New Water In Place Of The Standard Drain Valve. Additional Valves And Brass Drain Shall Be Provided For Water Heater And Pump Maintenance.
Provide And Install Up To 50 Feet Of 1/2 Inch PEX Piping For The Installation Of A New Hot Water Recirculation Line. This Line Shall Be Installed On The 1/2 Bath Lavatory To Speed Hot Water Delivery To The Kitchen Sink And Half Bath Lavatory.
