Technician Invoice Notes:Upon Arrival Found Toilet To Be Leaking At Base. Pulled Toilet And Found Wax Ring In Bad Condition, Offset Toilet Flange On Concrete Slab, And An Excess Amount Of Wooden Shims Under Toilet Front. Replaced Wax Ring And New Braided Supply Line With New Quarter Turn Stop Valve. Tested Function Of Toilet With No Leaks. After 5 Flushes Toilet Began Backing Up And Slowly Draining. Notified Client That We Will Return On Thursday The 27th With Sewer Equipment To Attempt To Clear The Sewage Line.

Removed Existing Pop Up Assembly And Siliconed Properly. Tested By Cycling Water With No Issues. Informed Client Of Silicone Cure Time. Also Replaced Toilet Handle And Positioned Handle Properly. Technician Invoice Notes: Upon Arrival Found 4x3” Furnco Attached Onto 4” Cast Iron Piping Approximately 6”below Floor Grade. Used Necessary Length Of 3” Pvc Piping To Push Down Into Furnco And Into 4” Cast Iron At An Appropriate Depth. Tightened Furnco With 5/16” Band In Crawlspace And Glued On New 3” Pvc Toilet Flange To New 3” Pvc Riser. Secured Flange To Floor. Re Assembled Toilet For Customer Before Resetting And Testing. Cycled Toilet And Observed One Proper Flush. Upon Cycling Toilet For Second Time Observed Backing Up With Improper Drainage. Plunged Toilet In An Attempt To Drain And Conduct A Pull And Reset And Inspect Drainage. While Plunging Observed Toilet Relive Itself And Drain Properly. Cycled Toilet Multiple More Times Amd Observed Proper Drainage At Clean Out Outdoors. Believe Soft Obstruction To Have Been Issue. Explained To Customer How Cast Iron Becomes Porous Internally And Will Continue To Catch Minimal Amounts Of Waste Paper Material Until Replaced. Discussed What To Look For If Sewer Line Starts To Back Up. No Other Issues At This Time.

Used Wire Nuts And Electrical Tape To Cover Old Garbage Disposal Wireing, Informed Client That Electrician Will Be Necessary If Old Wiring Is To Be Removed Completely. Tested Operation Of Repair By Cycling Large Amounts Of Water With No Issues At This Time.
