Installed New Wolverine Brass Hose Faucet. Removed Section Of Ceiling Where 2nd Hose Faucet Located. Found Faucet Unable To Be Accessible Through Ceiling Due To Triple Joist And Framed Wall Extended Out From Original Basement Wall. Informed Client To Access Hose Faucet, Section Of Wall Panel Will Require Removal.

Cycled Toilet Several Times While Cycling Tub Shower And Observed Proper Drainage And Proper Cycling Of Toilet And Shower With No Issues . Observed Linkage Style Tub Stopper To Be Working Properly. No Issues With Drainage At Any Fixture At This Time. Changed Customer Supplied House Filter In Basement Mechanical Room. Re Pressurized And Blew Air In Lines Out Through Downstairs Faucets. Also Purchased And Installed New Rubber Gasket On Garbage Disposal Side Of Sink Per Client Request. No Other Issues At This Time .

Remove And Dispose Of The Existing Concrete Laundry Tub. Install Client Provided Sink Cabinet, Sink And Faucet In The Corner Next To The Laundry Equipment. Cut Existing Galvanized Plumbing Vent And Re-configure The Vent For Sink Drainage With A New Mechanical Vent Termination. Cap Old Laundry Sink Drain For Use As A Clean-out.
Provide And Install One New 3/4 Inch Stop Valve Above The Existing Water Meter. Provide And Install One New 3/4 Inch Stop Valve For The Existing Water Heater. Provide And Install A New Stop Valve To Eliminate The Saddle Valve At The Water Heater Supply Line.
Provide And Install One New Wolverine Brass Outdoor Hose Faucet With Indoor Stop Valve, (location To Be Determined Near The Existing Faucet). Install Client Provided Outdoor Shower Fixture And Provide Stop And Drain Valves As Needed For Winterizing The Shower.
Provide And Install New PEX Piping Where Old Galvanized Piping Was Removed. New PEX Piping Shall Be Joined To The Nearest Existing Copper And CPVC Above The Laundry Area. New Copper Piping Shall Extend Down The Basement Wall To Supply The New Cabinet Mounted Sink.
