Found Fractures In 1 1/2” Abs Tubular P Trap As Well. Replaced 1 1/2” Tubular P Trap Along With Sizing Dc Basket Strainer Tubular Connection Correctly In Order For Proper Depth In Each Tubular Piece. Supported 2” Abs Stub Up For Drainage Properly. Tested Operation Of Repairs By Cycling Large Amounts Of Water With No Issues At This Time.

Technician Invoice Notes: Upon Arrival Found Leaking 1/2” Solder 90 In Basment. Replaced With Necessary 1/2” L Type Copper And Fittings. Also Disassembled Faucet Head And Removed Small Debris Screens. Still Observed Low Hot Side Pressure. Conducted A Backflush On Supply Lines While Still Observing Low Pressure But Usable Pressure Only On Hot Side. Informed Client Of Possibility Of Debris Stuck Inside Faucet Tubing. No Other Issues At This Time.

Technician Invoice Notes: Upon Arrival Found Flange Sitting To High Off Of New Flooring. Informed Client That Opening Ceiling In Finished Basement Would Allow Us To Install A 3” Flange . Customer Declined Opening Ceiling At This Time. Cut Off Flange From Above And Installed New 3” Push Fit Pvc Flange. Reset Toilet And Tested Operation Of Repair By Cycling Toilet Multiple Times While Observing No Leaks Or Issues At This Time.
