Technician Invoice Notes: Upon Arrival Found 50 Gal Power Flex Intellivent Water Heater Water With Water Temperature Set As High As Gas Valve Allowed On Very Hot Setting. Client Has Had Intermittent Hot Water And Water Has Been Taking A Long Time To Reach Appliances. Found Re Circulation Line Ball Valves In Off Position. Turned On With No Issues And Observed Hot Water Reaching Appliances Much Faster. Disassembled Burner Assembly Inspected Hot Surface Igniter And Vacuumed. Re Assembled And Found Error Code Stating Maximum Amount Of Ignition Retries Has Been Reached. Informed Client Due To Age And Shape Water Heater Is In Currently We Do Suggest Replacement. Provided Client With Estimate For Replacement Via Email .

Technician Invoice Notes: Upon Arrival Uninstalled Richmond 40 Gal Standard Vent Water Heater From 1998. Also Replaced Gas Cock. Informed Client Of Age And Shape That Water Heater Is In And That We Are Not Held Responsible For Water Heater If Issues Occur When Re Installing Or In Near Future. Will Return At End Of Day For Re Installation.
Upon Re Arrival Re Installed Water Heater. While Moving Water Heater Two Of The Stabilizing Leg Supports Broke. Was Able To Shim With 2x4 Underneath Water Heater. Re Connected 3/4” Water Lines And Installed New 4” Elbow And Small Section Of 4” Vent Piping For Proper Installation Of Vent Line. Re Lit Water Heater And Set To Proper Setting. Observed Proper Drafting. Was Unable To Cycle T P Valve On And Off . Replaced T P Valve And Tested With No Issues .Informed Client Temperature Of Water When Draining Water Heater Was Too Hot, And What Causes Over Heated Water. Informed Client Once Again Of Age Of Water Heater And Possible Issues In Near Future. Client Will Call When They Want New Water Heater.
