Remove And Dispose Of Existing Furnace, Condensing Unit, Line-set, Condensate Drain Lines And Evaporator Coil. 2. Provide And Install The New Furnace And Evaporator Coil In The Same Location Adapting To The Existing Supply & Return Air Duct Work. 3. Adapt The New Furnace To The Existing Gas And Electrical Circuits Providing A New Outlet/switch Combo. 4. Provide And Install New Exhaust Vent Piping From The New Furnace To The Existing Chimney Termination. 5. Provide And Install The New Outdoor Condensing Unit On A Field Supplied Composite Pad In The Same Location. 6. Adapt The New Condensing Unit To The Existing Electrical Circuit With A Field Provided Service Disconnect And Electrical Whip. 7. Provide And Install New Copper Refrigeration Piping From The Indoor Evaporator Coil To The Outdoor Condensing Unit. 8. Install A New Condensate Pump And Drain Piping From The New Evaporator Coil And Terminate To The Sump Pump. 9. Provide And Install A New Honeywell T6 Wifi Thermostat In The Same Location As The Existing Thermostat. - Set Up The New Thermostat With The Client And Their Smart Device. 10. Start The New Equipment And Check System Operation.
