System No Longer Gave Trouble Code.Cycled System Several Times From Thermostat To Insure Proper Operation. System Is Cooling Properly And Operating Properly At This Time With A Temperature Drop Of 18°.

Cycled System To Insure Proper Operation. System Is Cooling Properly At This Time With A Temperature Drop Of 18° Across The Evaporator Coil. Customer Has Been Made Aware That System Leaks.

After Further Investigation Found Failed Condenser Fan Motor And Weak Dual Run Capacitor. Replaced Fan Motor, Replaced Capacitor And Checked System Refrigerant Charge. Unit Is Cooling Properly At This Time With A Temperature Drop Of 19°. Also Serviced Second Floor Unit. Inspected Blower Wheel, Evaporator Coil And Air Filter. Water Washed Outdoor Condenser Coil And Inspected All Electrical Components. Checked System Refrigerant Levels And Unit Is Cooling Properly At This Time With A Temperature Drop Of 20° Across The Evaporator Coil. Recommend Replacing Air Filters Within The Next Month.

1. Reclaim The R-22 Refrigerant From The Existing Air Conditioning System. 2. Disconnect The Outdoor Unit From The Electrical Circuit And Refrigeration Tubing. 3. Install New Wall Mounting Brackets On The East Side Of The Home To Allow For The Re-installation Of The Existing Condensing Unit. 4. Drill A New Hole For The Extension Of The Refrigerant Tubing And Electrical Circuit. 5. Re-connect The Condensing Unit To The Existing Refrigeration Tubing And Electrical Circuit. Existing Service Disconnect Will Be Relocated. 6. Seal The Wall Penetrations With Mortar Mix And Sealing Compound. 7. Evacuate The Refrigeration System, Restart The System And Charge With R-22 Refrigerant. 8. Perform A Furnace Service And Safety Inspection And Report Any Issues To The Client.
