SCOPE OF WORK:
1. Remove And Dispose Of The Existing Evaporator Coil And Condensing Unit.
2. Provide And Install The New Evaporator Coil In The Same Location Adapting To The Existing Furnace And Supply Air Duct Work.
3. Provide And Install The New Outdoor Condensing Unit In The Same Location On A Field Supplied Composite Pad.
4. Adapt The New Condensing Unit To The Existing Electrical Circuit And Service Disconnect Providing A New Electrical Whip.
5. Adapt The New Indoor Evaporator Coil And New Outdoor Condensing Unit To The Existing Copper Refrigeration Piping.
- Perform Pressure Testing Procedures To Determine The Existing Refrigeration Piping Is Leak Free.
- Flush The Existing Refrigeration Piping.
6. Install New Condensate Drainage Piping From The New Evaporator Coil To The Nearby Floor Drain.
7. Start The New Equipment And Check System Operation.
