Technician Invoice Notes: Call To Investigate Two Electric Baseboard Heaters For Proper Operation. Upon Arrival Found No Power At Either Living Room Baseboard Heater. After Further Investigation Found Failed Element On North Wall Baseboard Unit. Also Found A Spot Where Mice Damage Had Occurred On Wiring And 220V 20 AMP Breaker Failed. Swapped Breaker Temporarily To Test The West Wall Heater And Found It To Be Operational. Client Would Like An Estimate To Replace The Failed Baseboard Heater.
