Observed Indoor Rear Sump Pump Unable To Pump Water. After Discharge Was Cut And Extended To Yard Observed Very Large Amounts Of Water Discharge From Pump And Then Pump Turn Off Properly. Observed Pump Continue To Cycle In Short Bursts Every Approx 1 Min. Client Helped Uncover Potential Sump Pump Drainage Discharge In Rock Bed In Creek. Attempted To Auger With Drill Auger Backwards With The Inability To Do So Due To Pool Pump Pit Tying Into Line. Auger Head Was Inside Of Pool Pump It. Augered Out 25’ From Drainage Piping Accessible Near Air Conditioners And Pool Equipment. Unable To Clear Obstructions/ Reach Far Enough To Ensure The Discharge Piping We Located Is Supplying Sump Pump. Called For D100. Augered Put 50’ Easily With The Inability To Hear Or See Where Auger Line Is. Stepped Out Approx 40’ To Creek Discharge. Informed Client Of Findings And Our Inability To Locate Underground Sump Pump Drainage Piping At This Time. Client Understands And Was With Us Outside When Discussing Findings.

Technician Invoice Notes: Upon Arrival Found Aged Stop Valves Leaking Underneath Lav Sink. Removed And Replaced. Re-pressurized Home To Test Operation Of Repair. No Issues At This Time. Also Augered 20’ Multiple Times Through Lav Sink And Cleared Large Amounts Of Grease With No Success. Found 2” Galvanized Drainage Cap In Kitchen Flooring Near Oven. Removed Cap And Attempted To Auger Towards Grease Pit. Unable To Auger Towards Grease Pit, Only Able To Direct Cable Towards Lav Drainage. Cycled Large Amounts Of Hot Water After Putting 2” Cap Back On And Observed Slow Drainage At Both Lav Sink And Bath Tub. Client Informed Me That When Grease Pit Lid Is Removed Multiple Entrances Are Accessible For Augering Towards Home. Client Also Stated Lid Is Deep In His Yard And Will Take Time To Expose. Informed Client To Call Us Back When Lid Is Exposed And We Will Send A Sewer Truck To Auger Drainage Backwards Towards Home.
