Water Heater Service and Repair

INVOICE NOTE: Technician Invoice Notes: Upon arrival found 50 gal lp Bradford white 10 year old powervent water heater unable to keep flame. Water heater would light and then produce a large fireball and shut off. Extremely large amounts of soot build up are visible in burner assembly, condensate drainage tube, and 3” discharge outdoors. Discussed with client options of removing existing water heater and attempting to clean burner assembly and air inlet screen with the inability to guarantee proper operation, and an option of replacement water heater and all associated vent piping. Inlet gas pressure is 11” WC Client opted for estimate of replacement. Left gas cock in off position. Will send estimate via email.
