219-362-6251"The work performed was great & technicians were kind & courteous, however I feel I was overcharged.
Upon arrival of technician on Monday he proceeded to pull out his tablet and propose a price. I said, I thought it would be Time & Material and was informed that was not possible. The price quoted was over $1,400. I figured it a 3 or 4 hour job plus material so $1,400 seemed high and I said that, however I need work done. On Monday I believe technician worked a little over 2 hours including the need to go back to shop for additional supplies/tooling and completed 90% of job not including test of system done by second technician. I believe second technician spent a little over 2 hours as well. Let's call it 6 hours total plus supplies. Something does not add up. If you could review your pricing and let me know your thoughts I would appreciate it.

219-362-6251"Nate and Jason installed a new furnace for me and it went as well as you would hope it would.Not only did the install go great,but Nate explained what I think I need to know to make sure the furnace is running how it should.Jason installed the new thermostat and he also showed me how to adjust it and change the batteries an although it seems simple,it's something that goes a long way.Everything about this job rates 5 stars and I wouldn't hesitate to call Dye Plumbing & Heating again,should there be a need (but hopefully not).
